Once complete you’re automatically provided access to a private JobTread client portal. Within your portal we’re able to share files, messages, and process payments. Once your information has been provided we will schedule an in-person consultation to gather site information and listen to your needs.

In our office we compile your site visit information and verify the project can proceed by evaluating your county and property restrictions. Through your JobTread client portal you’re provided with a report that summarizes our findings and provides you with an approximate build cost. You have full control to approve the next stage in our process or request a pause.

Our next step refines your project and finalizes material selections. In-house we create photorealistic 3D renderings that show you exactly what your finished deck will look like — the decking color, railing profile, stair placement, and how it connects to your home. Again, you’re provided a report with a more refined project cost. Once your design is approved we move to engineering.

Following engineering we assembled your final build package, which includes your build and site plans, a formal estimate and build contract. You’re able to view, comment, and approve your project all from your JobTread client portal. The power of our process is that you approve the design before we ever start building. No surprises, no scope creep, just a finished product that matches what you envisioned.
